OK, just when we thought it couldn't get any better we had the best whale trip of the past 10 years!! 7 BLUE WHALES about 2 miles west of Morro Rock feeding on krill. Lots of life in the area with all the regular stuff sea lions, seals, etc. The BLUE WHALES the largest animals ever on the earth were swimming around and under the boat!!!! Just playing around with the boat and everyone on board. BLUE WHALES ARE VERY RARE!!!!! Especially in our area. This is a phenomenal event. We have had blue whales every day for 3 weeks right out front of Morro Bay! Do not miss this once in a blue moon chance to see these gigantic creatures.
